Outsource SEO
The question among many companies today is: outsource SEO to a specialist (or agency) or do it yourself. Why? Online findability is more important than ever because digital sales channels are vital to ultimate revenue.
As a company, outsourcing SEO gives you the best chance to participate in even the most competitive markets. With this channel, you respond to the intent of your target audience and are present as the authority at the moment they search for your company.
SEO outsourcing takes several forms
It’s a widely considered option among companies: Do SEO yourself or outsource it. SEO is not abracadabra. There are several steps you can follow to optimize a Web site(1). However, experience and knowledge is required to optimize the website in the right way and it takes time, energy and precision.
SEO outsourcing takes several forms. The most common components of SEO to outsource are listed below.
The big question among companies is mainly: What is really cost-saving and effective? I discuss the pros and cons of SEO outsourcing below. I also share my experiences regarding companies that take charge of SEO themselves.

Outsource SEO with me: here’s how I get started right away
Want to get started with improved rankings within Google? Then I recommend getting started with an SEO specialist. It is rare for a company, without outsourcing SEO, to achieve his or her online goals. When you outsource search engine optimization with me, I will work on the following, among other things:
- website content;
- website speed;
- the internal links (implementing strategy and operational improvements);
- the links from other websites (link building);
- the structure of the website;
- keyword research (at the beginning of the process);
- monitoring of organic positions.
I make sure my SEO efforts fit within Google’ s guidelines. I work as an SEO specialist for companies all over the world and the Netherlands, including Rotterdam, The Hague, Nijmegen, Groningen & Utrecht.
SEO outsourcing: when is it and when is it not interesting
SEO outsourcing is more interesting for one company than for another. From the online size of the market to the company’s budget, there are several reasons why it is or is not interesting. Read more about it below.
SEO outsourcing is often of interest to these companies
Outsourcing SEO can be of interest to a wide range of businesses, including:
- Small businesses: Small businesses often do not have the resources to set up an in-house SEO team. Outsourcing SEO tasks to an experienced agency can be a cost-effective way to implement a professional and effective SEO strategy.
- Large companies: Large companies may have the resources to set up an in-house SEO team, but find it more efficient to outsource their SEO tasks. This can allow the company to focus on their core business and leave the SEO tasks to a specialized agency.
- Companies in highly competitive markets: Companies operating in highly competitive markets, where it can be difficult to generate organic traffic, may benefit from outsourcing SEO. An experienced agency can help you beat the competition and achieve better search results.
- Companies without internal SEO expertise: Companies that do not have internal expertise in SEO are best to outsource to an experienced agency to increase the chances of their website being better optimized and performing better in search engines.
- Companies looking to increase their online visibility: Companies looking to increase their online presence, but don’t know where to start, can benefit from outsourcing SEO. A good agency can conduct a full analysis of the website and the competition and then make recommendations and develop an effective strategy to increase online visibility.
- Companies that want to see results quickly: Companies that want to see results quickly, such as startups or those looking to increase their online presence, may benefit from outsourcing SEO. An experienced agency can get results faster than an in-house SEO employee, which can lead to better ROI.
In short, outsourcing SEO can be beneficial for businesses of all shapes and sizes, especially for those who do not have the necessary in-house expertise or want to see results quickly. It can also be cost-saving for small businesses that do not have the resources to have an in-house SEO team.
For these companies, SEO outsourcing is often not interesting
There are companies for whom SEO outsourcing may not be as interesting. This may be the case, for example, for companies that are in very niche markets with little online competition. In such cases, the effort and cost of outsourcing SEO may not outweigh the potential benefits.
In addition, a company may not yet have a sufficient online presence to outsource SEO. In that case, it often makes more sense to first invest in the basics of online presence, such as setting up a website and creating content, before investing in SEO.
Finally, a company may simply not have the budget to outsource SEO. In that case, it may make sense to learn at least the basics of SEO and apply them yourself.
Outsource SEO or do it yourself?
Of course, I understand why many companies want to take the SEO into their own hands and give it as a side job to someone on the marketing or IT team. I list the most common reasons for you.
The main reason is money saving. Hiring an SEO specialist costs money, of course. Companies want to save on this because they think that only a few changes need to be made to the website and with this the findability improves immediately. Often I hear that a person from an IT or marketing department takes on this task as a side job.
In addition, I often hear the argument that if someone within the company learns SEO and takes on the task, that person can always make adjustments to the site as needed. I also understand this assertion very well.
Someone on the team, of course, can always just write some text, resize the images on the site or obtain a link-building article on another site. However, small tweaks on an irregular basis often don’t work well enough for your SEO.
Finally, I often hear from companies that someone can take on the SEO within the company because it is thought that it is only about the content on a website or landing page. Writing a blog weekly can certainly boost your SEO. However, SEO is much more than just posting a weekly blog. SEO is all about content, technique and link building. If you only focus on a specific area, you will not obtain the desired results.
The consideration of whether to outsource SEO or do it yourself….
If you have enough time and expertise, consider doing SEO yourself. However, this requires that you have sufficient knowledge of SEO and have the time and resources to keep up and adjust your SEO campaign based on the changing algorithms of search engines. The advantage of doing it yourself is that you have control over the entire SEO strategy and its implementation.
However, if you do not have the time, resources or expertise to do SEO yourself, it is wise to outsource SEO to a specialist(2). SEO is a complex process and requires the necessary skills and knowledge to carry it out effectively. A specialist has the necessary expertise and experience to set up and execute your SEO campaign and can help you increase your online visibility.
SEO outsourcing is the solution
Many of my clients have often first tried to take control of the SEO themselves. That makes sense, too, because you don’t want to spend directly on spending that might be minimized.
However, I often experience in practice that many companies do not achieve their desired results or that companies do not know exactly what, when and how to implement optimizations. I share common cases below.
In doing so, it is worth saying that there are many unpredictabilities within the world of SEO. Often changes in positions are difficult to trace back to events. Updates, shifts from competitors and your own adjustments on the website quickly cloud the vision.
It takes at least 3 years of full-time SEO learning and practice before a person becomes a full-fledged SEO specialist. In doing so, he/she must always keep up with new developments and Google’s constantly changing algorithm. So someone who takes on SEO as a side job is far from knowing everything about SEO. Consequently, many clients come to me with questions about how to tackle SEO.
The components of SEO outsourcing
SEO consists of three components. Namely, content, link building and technology. An SEO specialist must be able to make optimizations on all three of these facets. This means you can’t just focus on improving your content or getting the occasional link from another website. It is the combination of all three facets to perform full-fledged SEO and actually get the website higher in Google.
Component | Explanation |
Link Building | Link building is obtaining link entries on the Web that point to one Web site. What is important here is that this process is carried out naturally(3). |
Content | SEO content is one of the most important components. Without content, no results. Google uses the content to answer the visitor’s question. Put in quality and relevant content and improve your website’s SEO(4). |
Technical SEO | Technical SEO is prerequisite for good ranking. The technical SEO covers more than 200 points. Make sure the website is operating in accordance with Google’s guidelines on technical matters. |
It starts with trying it yourself
In most cases, I hear from clients who approach me that they first did the SEO themselves. Then saw no results and finally signed up with me (the SEO specialist :-)) anyway. I understand that very well. Achieving the same results as a full-time SEO expert is difficult.
Many improvements or changes made to a Web site may end up being less positive than imagined. An experienced SEO specialist knows how to deal with this. A specialist has the right knowledge to anticipate any pitfalls. For someone with little experience, this is difficult.
Outsource SEO to someone with a transparent and sustainable approach
I work transparently for sustainable success, to briefly summarize my approach:
- With a transparent way I communicate the following things, among others, in real time:
- The data from the Google Search Console, summarized in human language.
- The data from Google Analytics, also summarized in human language.
- The opportunities in terms of content, here you can always give your own input.
- Which links we obtained that month and which pages on the website they point to.
- I take a sustainable approach when you outsource your company’s SEO to me:
- I obtain quality backlinks from other websites to your website.
- I write content focused on the visitor and optimized for Google. No frills with keyword density over 3%.
- I make the website user-friendly by speeding it up.
Of a sustainable SEO project, I get excited. Of the SEO tricks anno 2010 somewhat less so.
SEO outsourcing costs
The cost of SEO outsourcing is between €300 and €5000 per month. Is your specialist’s price different? If so, you may be paying too much (or too little).
Just now I named what are common experiences with companies that are going to do their SEO themselves. The common denominator with these companies, is that it ultimately has more burdens than benefits to realize the SEO itself.
When you capitalize on the right long tail keywords in time, it is easier to achieve a higher position within search results in Google.
Keep monitoring the SEO
This involves keeping a close eye on SEO issues such as new algorithm updates. Saving time is important to capitalize on certain keywords in time. For this reason, it is a good decision to seek help from an SEO specialist.
An SEO journey is a matter of customization. Asking for help from an SEO specialist can come in different degrees. Also, there may be a need primarily for link building, and less need for content writing. I work closely with companies to see which method suits them best. To discuss the possibilities further, you can always contact me.
29 reasons why SEO outsourcing is smart.
Outsourcing search engine optimization saves time and ultimately money. Internal resources that you can use much better to improve operations, sales or maybe even finance (I’m just mentioning). Below I describe some of the benefits of outsourcing SEO that I have received back from my own clients.
1. Higher positions in Google generate visitors
SEO outsourcing simply yields higher positions in Google, and higher positions in Google generate (quality) visitors.
The advantage of these visitors is that they are actually looking for the website’s services. With a relevant content strategy, targeted ways can be explored to get only the most relevant visitors to the website.
2. SEO positions within Google lead to quality leads
Better organic positions lead to quality leads. Not only are visitors to a website more relevant, the leads that come from it are more qualitative in practice.
With high-quality MQLs, you’ll also make your sales department happy. A happy sales department, in turn, creates more sales for the company.
3. A collaboration provides the most knowledge
The SEO specialist knows a lot about search engine optimization. The company that outsources its SEO knows a lot about the market. This combined knowledge ensures an optimal strategy.
Strategy development involves looking closely at how competitors are evolving and positioning themselves. This contributes to a broader knowledge of the market and players.
4. An SEO specialist picks up the low-hanging fruit
When outsourcing SEO, the first stage can be to look at the low-hanging fruit. These are the first implementations that can be made on the website.
The advantage of doing this with an SEO party is that the party looks at the website and goals with fresh eyes. From this perspective, a new strategy is being drawn up, focusing on the low-hanging fruit.
5. Commercial knowledge from the market is generated
During a collaboration with an SEO agency, commercial knowledge from the market is shared. Consider the questions below.
- What is competitor x doing in terms of SEO content?
- How does competitor y develop on keywords 1, 2 and 3?
- In what way is the market developing and what are the main trends in it?
6. Google is more complex than ever
Google (and google’s algorithm) gets more complex every month. In fact, there are daily updates that can have a (disastrous) impact on your organic findability.
So having a dedicated SEO specialist look into this is not a bad idea. Both for the times when positions are doing very well, and for the times when positions in Google are slightly down.
7. Google’s algorithm is constantly changing
Google’s algorithm changes daily. Every update that takes place can be significant for your website.
Outsourcing the SEO ensures that there is always a party paying attention and advising on this.
8. The competition is not sitting still
When you write an article about something, there is almost always a competitor who “borrows” the idea and writes a better/longer article about it. It’s not only that way with content, but also with the backlinks you collect or the technical optimizations.
In most markets (including the Netherlands), it is no longer possible to sit still. This also applies to when you have reached positions 1.
9. Outsourcing SEO is cheaper than an in-house specialist
Outsourcing SEO, even though it may not seem intuitive, is often cheaper than an in-house specialist. That said: it is very difficult to charm a senior in-house SEO specialist into a position at one webshop.
Working with an SEO specialist often costs less than half the salary of an employed (senior) SEO specialist. And VAT is still deductible last time I looked.
10. An SEO specialist uses professional tools
The tools a specialist uses are not cheap. In doing so, they are often many different tools, such as ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, SEMrush … you name it.
This is a nice extension of what was indicated in point 9. All in all, hiring an SEO specialist is more expensive and labor-intensive than outsourcing search engine optimization.
11. Knowledge sharing is central to SEO outsourcing
Knowledge sharing is central to many trajectories. Think of knowledge sharing on technical issues, but also knowledge sharing around writing content for Google.
12. SEO outsourcing ensures internal support
Creating internal support for SEO is difficult in larger organizations. Outsourcing this works advantageously. The reason for this is that when a commitment is made to outsource SEO, that through this expenditure, SEO moves up the priority list.
13. Finding a quality SEO specialist is difficult
In this (labor) market, it is almost impossible to find a good in-house specialist to work for an organization. Many specialists started out as freelancers; those who did not, in practice, often still work at an SEO agency.
This is because the challenge is greater and it brings a piece of dynamism (variety of clients).
14. Relevant work experience within the profession.
SEO outsourcing ensures that someone with experience within SEO is watching over a project. This adds to the speed and outcome of a course.
By choosing an SEO specialist, you are choosing someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in the field of SEO. SEO is now a profession in its own right and you need a lot of knowledge to get good results in this. Especially when you want to see lasting results, hiring an SEO specialist is smart.
You are not only assured of top quality, but also someone who is up to date with the latest trends in SEO. Whether you want texts written or your entire website optimized for the search engine: you can outsource all of this.
15. A marketer often does not have deep SEO knowledge
A general marketer working at a company often does not have a deep, substantive knowledge of SEO. That is also hard to expect from someone, to call yourself a (senior) SEO specialist, you really have to keep up with current events every day and have a lot of experience within different projects.
16. Search engine optimization is a broad field
SEO is very broad. This ensures that, to tie in with point 15 in this list, someone must often keep up with current events to know the latest from Google. Consider algorithm changes, as well as updates to other tools within SEO.
17. Keeping track of positions is important
An SEO agency worked with always keeps accurate track of positions. This allows timely intervention when a problem arises. An increase in position can also be used to improve components on the Web site.
18. SEO outsourcing can be seen as taking out insurance
Outsourcing SEO is insurance for many businesses. When Google comes out with updates or when certain organic positions drop, the party being worked with intervenes with the necessary actions.
19. SEO outsourcing adds value to other channels
Among other things, improved SEO leads to increased conversion rates. With that, SEO is central to many marketing plans by supporting and promoting the other channels (provided it is an omnichannel strategy).
20. You get yourself more time to focus on what you are good at
SEO is a long-term channel, focusing on the long-term and sustainability of the journey. In addition, there are many components that must be constantly updated, making SEO time-consuming for an organization to execute correctly on its own.
Therefore, it is better to hire someone who has this time and will make the most of it. By yourself, you can focus on other tasks within your business that are also not on your mind.
21. Optimal results, in both the long and short term
SEO outsourcing simply ensures better results in Google. When no concessions are made on outsourcing this, the components of SEO are implemented optimally and in accordance with Google’s guidelines. This will always differ in quality from doing it yourself.
SEO outsourcing ensures that you get the best results in the short term, but more importantly in the long term. An SEO expert has the right tools to make your website more findable and rank higher in Google. One way this is done is by improving content and optimizing the technical aspects of a website.
As a result, not only will you get more visitors, but they will take action faster. You can think about buying a product, signing up for a newsletter or requesting a quote. When multiple visitors do this, you benefit from better sales.
Outsourcing your SEO will save you a lot of time, because you don’t have to deal with it yourself. Furthermore, it is good to know that an expert always has the right knowledge and experience to ensure the best results. You can benefit from this result for a long time. Hiring a good SEO specialist? Please feel free to get in touch!
22. SEO takes a lot of time and energy
If you get started with SEO on your own and make the wrong choice at the beginning of the strategy, it can take months or even years. In short, when you get started with SEO outsourcing, you save (a lot of) time and energy.
23. SEO outsourcing provides knowledge from other markets
Outsourcing the SEO provides knowledge from other markets. SEO agencies generally have a broad portfolio of clients in different industries and markets. This knowledge can be shared during the process, benefiting the client.
24. A collaboration generates more sales
Collaborating with an SEO agency increases sales. This is an easy one. Higher (relevant) positions in Google contribute to the number of visitors to the website. When website conversions are constant, it ultimately contributes to increased sales.
25. Getting started with SEO outsourcing increases the quality of a website
A sustainable SEO process focuses on increasing the quality of the website. This ensures that not only the rankings in Google improve, but that the speed and user experience of the website benefit as well.
26. SEO increases brand awareness
SEO outsourcing contributes to the further brand awareness of the company, which will also help you receive more leads and inquiries in the long run.
27. SEO website migrations outsourcing prevents declines
With any migration of any kind, it is crucial to outsource it to an SEO specialist. In many cases, this prevents a decline in organic traffic in the months following this website migration.
28.1. SEO domain migrations outsourcing prevents drops
Even with a complete domain migration, it is important to outsource this to a specialist in most cases. Especially with this migration, the risk of losing traffic is high, making it relevant to any business.
29 Avoid impact from incorrect link building
With outsourcing the SEO with an established party, it is possible to avoid an impact on the website due to incorrect link building.

Frequently asked questions about SEO outsourcing
I get questions daily regarding SEO outsourcing and the advantages/disadvantages of this possible partnership.
What are the benefits of SEO outsourcing?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. By applying SEO for your website, you gain higher rankings in Google. The higher you rank in Google, the more visible you become to potential customers. This often makes a significant difference in the number of visitors your website receives.
Research has shown that over one in three of all Google users click on the first link. Therefore, this also lands more potential customers on your website leading to more conversion, more sales and more profits.
Why is SEO primarily focused on Google? Google is the most widely used search engine in the Netherlands today. Nearly 40,000 searches are performed on Google every second. That’s 3.5 billion searches a day and 1.2 trillion searches a year. This number is growing by the day.
In fact, in September 2020, 97.37% of all Dutch people used Google as a search engine. In comparison to Bing and Yahoo: Bing’s market share in 2019 was only 4.69% (i.e., this percentage shrank in the last year). For Yahoo, it was even less, at 1%.
The moment you outsource SEO to an SEO specialist, he or she performs the search engine optimization work. These optimizations relate to the three pillars of seo: content, technology and link building. These three pillars can be divided into two headings: on-page SEO and off-page SEO.
The goal of an SEO specialist is to make your website more findable in the search engines (mainly in Google). A big advantage of outsourcing your search engine optimization is simply that it saves time. SEO is labor-intensive, that much is clear. And even for an SEO specialist, one client takes a fair amount of time.
An SEO specialist additionally provides all the insights from SEO results. He or she shares those results with the company. In most cases, this is done through SEO tools such as Ahrefs, MOZ and/or SEMRush. Automated display of results is a trend anno 2021/2022.
It is possible to do the SEO yourself for your website, but you can also outsource SEO. In fact, to do SEO yourself, you need to have a lot of knowledge and skills. After all, SEO is a profession in its own right. You need to be constantly up to date with the latest developments.
In addition, to do SEO properly, you need access to all the important SEO tools. Another advantage to outsourcing your SEO is that you have a lot of time for other things that are important to your business or website.
For what kind of businesses is SEO outsourcing a suitable solution?
Outsourcing SEO is actually a useful thing for any business. First of all, it is often cheaper, than if you hire an SEO specialist as a company. Additionally, in a tight job market, it is quite difficult to find an SEO specialist, but the moment you find one, you find out that these workers are also very expensive.
An independent SEO specialist, someone who can go through an SEO process from A – Z without supervision, often costs a minimum of €5,000 per month. This does not include the cost of the following components of search engine optimization:
- Possible procurement of additional content
- Possible purchase of links (backlinks / guest articles)
- SEO-friendly hosting
- Other collaborations and partners in the market
- SEO tools
SEO outsourcing is a total package of these costs. Also, one advantage of SEO outsourcing is that you don’t have to take care of any of the above components yourself. The SEO specialist you work with will (hopefully) take care of this.
In addition, the field of SEO is changing at lightning speed. When you outsource your SEO, you can assume that an SEO consultant or SEO agency is up to date on these developments. Thanks to this, you will maintain your position and stay ahead of your competitors.
Many companies do not have time for SEO, even though it is a very sustainable investment. No cost. Once you get to the top, you can’t get out of there easily. Companies that do not have time for SEO are then best to outsource their SEO to a specialist.
An SEO agency continuously works on your SEO, keeping your website continuously optimized and never standing still. That way, you have time again for all the other priorities within the company.
A major benefit of this is that search engine optimization brings in a steady stream of relevant visitors. This stream of relevant visitors often converts relatively well so this generates a steady stream of revenue for the business.
It can be added that in the case of a B2B company, it also takes pressure off the sales department. The leads that come in are often relatively well-read, having already been looking for relevant topics themselves.
Especially for companies ranked in the top five on Google, it is a necessity to outsource SEO. After all, in this case, you should always be working on your findability. It is important not to stand still, but to stay ahead of your competitors. By outsourcing your SEO, you maintain your edge.
How long does it take for search engine optimization to pay off?
This can take quite a long time. Unlike SEA, SEO is a long-term strategy. In principle, it costs nothing, but patience is therefore a virtue. SEA is where you pay a certain amount of money for ads to Google and you show up at the top of Google almost immediately. Consequently, costs can be high with this strategy.
Another aspect that is often not addressed is that using SEA does not improve the quality of a website. No work is done on the quality of the website, only on getting sales (often short-term). When using SEO, the quality of the website is optimized in terms of content, technology and authority.
SEO is basically free – especially if you only use free SEO tools – but the results often take a little longer to show up. You can’t do a bunch of optimizations for a website and see results from it the very next day (even I can’t do this).
Even within a month is unrealistic for many websites. Google says it takes an average of 4 months to a year for you to potentially reach the No. 1 position. According to a survey by Ahrefs, it takes even longer. Namely, nearly 95% of all newly published pages fail to achieve a top 10 position within a year. Only 5% did achieve this position.
One note here is that these are new websites with no history within Google. This is a pretty big factor for Google; how much history does a domain have in Google?
So getting high up in Google organically takes a lot of time. And patience. In addition, SEO is an ongoing process. The moment you let go of SEO, your competitor may just catch up and you lose your edge. The less competition there is on a keyword, the faster you rise in rankings.
The moment you keep working consistently on your visibility and authority, your website will rank better and better (even on the more difficult keywords). When constantly publishing new content and engaging in link building, you will slowly but surely end up higher and higher in Google’s rankings.
Want to be right at the top? Then the only answer is SEA. But even then, your ads must meet certain quality standards if you want to end up above your competitors.
How do you determine the party to outsource SEO to?
When you have decided to outsource your SEO and partner with an SEO agency, you do need to be sure of the choice as to which SEO agency. After all, outsourcing SEO takes time and, of course, money.
First, delve into the SEO firms in your area. It is important that you get a good feeling about the SEO agency you have your eye on. You first have a conversation with the SEO specialist in question. The important thing is that you gain confidence in the agency during the interview. After all, it’s all about your website.
It is important to read up on different SEO agencies. Find out exactly what SEO means and why it is important. This also allows you to ask the right questions during the interview. Conduct the initial interview with several parties you have in mind. That way you’ll get a good idea of the differences between them and find out what you feel better about.
Read reviews on Google! And use your common sense. When things are too good to be true, they usually are. Also, during the interview, don’t forget to ask critical questions and listen carefully to the answers.
The SEO agency you feel most comfortable with is probably the SEO agency that best fits your business or website and can help you best with SEO. Keep the following points in mind when determining the quality of an SEO specialist:
- How large is his or her portfolio? In doing so, check especially what kind of companies these are and whether these companies are (somewhat) similar to your own. The quality and quantity of a specialist’s portfolio often says a lot about how much work they have done within the world of search engine optimization.
- Does the SEO specialist in question have references of the work done? This is an important one before outsourcing SEO. Indeed, it says a lot about the level of satisfaction of the specialist’s customers (seems interesting to know if I were to become the next customer of this specialist).
- What kind of SEO projects has the specialist performed at previous companies? For example, if you’re looking for someone to help you with link building, it’s helpful that this person has actually done it before. Be critical of this when reviewing previous collaborations.
What are the costs of SEO outsourcing?
Basically, the cost is as high as you want to make it yourself. With SEO outsourcing, it is possible to take on a more intensive course, or a less intensive course. It mostly depends on the company’s goals and available budget.
In my experience, I see that many companies choose to invest a little more initially so that the targeted positions are achieved more quickly. Once these positions are reached, it is possible to make the business case and enter a monthly trajectory.
The monthly part of SEO often involves writing content and gathering quality backlinks to the website. It is important to make something monthly out of this. For example, obtaining more than 1,000 backlinks in one month is too conspicuous for Google and will be evaluated negatively.
How does SEO outsourcing work?
Outsourcing SEO is in most cases a recurring process of improving organic positions within Google. When I begin working for your business or website, I often start with everything on the website. So this includes the following topics, among others:
- The meta descriptions and meta titles.
- Website speed (loading speed).
- The back end of the website (what does the website source code look like).
- The quality and quantity of content.
- The way the structure of the website is put together.
All of these points can be optimized for Google so that Google has an instant view of the website and can assess its value.
In the field of link building, it is also possible to outsource everything to me. This includes everything from creating a solid strategy to actually gathering quality and relevant links. I estimate the value of links, for link building purposes, in the following way:
- Trustflow: how trusted is a website by Google?
- Domain authority: how much authority does the website have within Google?
- Page authority: how much authority does a specific page have within Google?
- Citation Flow: how much power does one backlink give, when it points to your website?
Every month I obtain strong, relevant links pointing to your website. These links ultimately contribute to the organic findability of your website.
How does technical SEO outsourcing work?
Technical SEO outsourcing can be an effective way to ensure that your website meets the technical requirements of search engines and performs optimally in search results. Below are some of the steps used when outsourcing technical SEO:
Identify the type of technical SEO work to be done: technical SEO includes various aspects, such as loading speed, site architecture, mobile-friendliness, and so on. Determine the type of work to be done and find an experienced technical SEO specialist or agency that specializes in it.
Find an experienced technical SEO specialist or agency: find an experienced and reliable technical SEO specialist or agency. This can be done by viewing portfolios, reviews and comparing prices and offers.
Conduct a website audit: have the technical SEO specialist or agency conduct a website audit to identify what technical problems exist and what improvements are needed.
Develop a plan of action: work with the technical SEO specialist or agency to develop a plan of action that includes the necessary adjustments to solve the technical problems and optimize the website.
Implement the changes: implement the changes in consultation with the technical SEO specialist or agency.
Monitor and optimize website performance: monitor website performance after implementation of customizations and optimize where necessary.
Perform regular checks: perform regular checks to ensure that the website remains up-to-date and meets search engine requirements.
Outsourcing technical SEO can be a smart investment to ensure that your website meets the technical requirements of search engines to perform optimally in search results. However, it is important to find the right technical SEO specialist or agency that understands your specific needs and can develop a customized strategy to achieve your goals.
How does off-page SEO outsourcing work?
Off-page SEO includes activities that take place outside the website to improve the website’s search results and online presence. It includes things like link building, generating social signals and optimizing online listings. Below are some steps that can be used when outsourcing off-page SEO:
- Identify the type of off-page SEO work to be done: off-page SEO includes various aspects, such as link building, social media marketing, online reputation management, and so on. Determine the type of work to be done and find an experienced off-page SEO specialist or agency that specializes in it.
- Find an experienced off-page SEO specialist or agency: find an experienced and reliable off-page SEO specialist or agency. This can be done by viewing portfolios, reviews and comparing prices and offers.
- Develop a plan of action: work with the off-page SEO specialist or agency to develop a plan of action that includes activities to improve the website’s online presence and optimize search rankings.
- Implement the activities: implement the activities in consultation with the off-page SEO specialist or agency.

What is my process for outsourcing SEO?
The process for SEO can vary depending on the purpose of the website and the client’s needs. In general, however, most SEO projects follow a similar process, which consists of the following steps:
- Targeting and keyword analysis: this includes determining the website’s target audience and identifying relevant keywords on which the website should be targeted.
- Competitive analysis: this includes analyzing the website’s competition to determine what keywords and strategies the competition is using to appear higher in search results.
- Technical SEO audit: this includes checking the website for technical issues that may hinder its ability to perform well in search engines. This could include problems such as page and crawl errors, lack of metadata and loading speed issues.
- Content audit: this includes auditing the content of the website to determine if it is relevant and useful to the target audience and contains the right keywords.
- Develop and implement SEO strategy: this includes developing and implementing a search engine optimization strategy, including technical improvements, content development and link building.
- Monitoring and reporting: this includes monitoring the performance of the website in search engines and preparing reports to measure the progress of the SEO project.
It is important to note that SEO is an ongoing process and determining the right strategy depends on the specific needs of the website and the changing requirements of search engines.
