Creating an Ahrefs account
If you want to use all the features of Ahrefs, create an account. Before creating an account on Ahrefs, choose a subscription. Read all about how to create an account in Ahrefs here.
The tools of Ahrefs
- Site explorer: this tool analyzes the backlink profile and keyword positions of competitors.
- Keywords explorer: uses this to find keyword ideas in the database.
- Site audit: this feature automatically scans a website for SEO problems.
- Rank tracker: with this tool you monitor the position of a website.
- Content explorer: this tool allows you to find content ideas.
There are several types of subscriptions you can purchase from Ahrefs. The subscriptions are called ”Lite”, ”Standard”, ”Advanced” and ”Agency”.

Once you have chosen a subscription form, Ahrefs asks for your information. It looks something like this:
Once you fill in all the details, the account will be created automatically. From now on you can use all the functionalities of Ahrefs.
