If you need to make more sales immediately, have very high competition and no budget or if you have no patience then SEO/GEO is not for you.
When should I invest in SEO instead of SEA?
If you want to achieve more in the long run with less budget, you should invest in SEO and not SEA. If you want this the other way around, then you need to invest the other way around.
How do I know if my website needs SEO advice?
You can see this in the organic positions in Google. If you search Google for some of the most obvious search terms, you’ll find out pretty quickly.
What are red flags at an SEO agency?
Red flags are mainly poor communication, little knowledge about the subject during interviews and the agency’s level of transparency.
How do I recognize good SEO results in previous cases?
Also ask about this during interviews, but important is the number of organic visitors and especially the number of conversions from SEO is an important one.

SEO is almost always ongoing unless it is a one-time project such as a website migration.
