Letselschadebureau.nl, and the name says it all, is a Personal Injury Bureau. The company profiles itself as the most involved personal injury firm in the Netherlands. And I am convinced that this could just be true. When I talk to Floris (one of the directors) about the company, I notice that the company is steeped in this mission. Floris, by the way, is also tremendously nice to work with as a person.

The beginning of cooperation

This collaboration is slightly younger than the other collaborations I have described in my cases. Through word of mouth, Floris came to us. After a few conversations, the issue was clear.

A few years ago the website received an aesthetic makeover after which the various top positions in Google quickly dropped. The company has coped with this decline in positions by deploying ads. With a CPC of sometimes as much as €15, this has become an expensive joke.

In terms of link building, I have taken everything off their hands for the company. From strategy to execution of the strategy. The goal here is to raise the authority to (at least) the same level as the largest competitors.

For the technical side of things, I performed a comprehensive technical website analysis. This analysis resulted in relevant findings in the areas of E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness & Trustworthiness) and YMYL (Your Money Your Life).

In terms of content, I provided strategic input. For this I conducted a keyword research that focuses on the existing situation (what can I achieve with the existing content by making some adjustments).

What was the result of the efforts?

Despite the fact that the collaboration is still young, the results indicate the opposite. After the analyses, I quickly moved on to implementing them. The result is multiple #1 positions for highly competitive keywords (with a CPC of over €15) and the best weeks (in terms of number of organic visitors) in 1.5 years. Did someone say that SEO is a matter of the long haul?
